ABOUT ME
I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Florida. I have a Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication from The College of Wooster. I am also a National Certified Counselor.

I am a Florida Qualified Supervisor for both Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (LMHC) and Marriage & Family Therapist Interns (LMFT). I provide supervision to support developing clinicians in building clinical skills, strengthening case conceptualization, and navigating ethical and professional practice.
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-world clinical application. I have advanced training in trauma-informed care and EMDR, and I enjoy helping interns grow in confidence, competence, and clinical identity.
Supervision is available for individuals seeking licensure in the state of Florida.

I have experience providing mental health counseling to young adults, adults and couples dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, relationship issues, grief and loss, and transition issues. I have spent the last few years working with active duty military in an Intensive Outpatient setting focusing on trauma and PTSD, and in private practice working with Veterans and military spouses.
I am a military widow and proud Gold Star Family member. My late husband served on active duty in the United States Air Force and passed away from a brain tumor. This personal experience has deeply shaped my passion for working with individuals navigating grief and loss. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my son and teaching dance fitness classes for adults, which brings both joy and balance to my life.
